So I am a Good Sams Member and I had been sitting for 7 hours and Then eventually G.S. Got ahold of M1 towing and recovery, Eddie (Joe) showed up!  Joe called me personally rather than sending a text and let us know they were on the way. Upon arrival Eddie properly accessed the situation before hooking our Older Class Motorhome up. He secured us in a jiffy was careful and thoughtful and had a positive attitude the entire time. He thought he could help with tires and called in his boss Steve who personally also showed up. These guys were excellent in their professionalism and I really can’t say that about any tow company I’ve ever delt with. I recommend these guys they are located in Thornton they have a yard they fix stuff too on the scene when possible … guys 5 star towing company when alot of others are predatory . Eddie was extremely efficient, professional and knowledgeable and was very careful with my car!  He was super friendly and made me feel comfortable in handling the entire situation. He actually came to my rescue as the initial driver through AAA was tied up with a tow and cleanup following an accident and Eddie picked up my service call...I'm so grateful that he did as I couldn't ask for better service!!  I asked Eddie to deliver my car to a tire shop and there was no drop box. Eddie wanted my vehicle to be safe and waited for me to meet him to retrieve my keys. Pat was very punctual, arrived much quicker than the estimated time we were given by our insurance company which was great.  He and his wife were very courteous, gave us some advice on what he observed about the vehicle that had broken down, which we literally just bought for our teen daughter 3 weeks ago and assisted us with our car/towing it from where it was broke down to our home.  We may have to tow it again this week to a shop for repairs if the issue is more involved like we suspect, if it is then we hope to be able to have it towed by them if at all possible.
